I want to sign up for a subscription
Click the Sign Up link and follow the instructions. It's likely that you need to contact the publication directly to sign up.
I have purchased a subscription, but haven't received my information to login.
It can take up to 72 hours (excluding weekends) to be entered into the system. Also, check your junk/spam folder for your activation email with the name of the publication in the subject. If you haven't received it after the allowed time, please contact the newspaper directly.
When I login, a message says "Email Not In System"
Be sure you are entering the correct email, and the account was not set up under a different email address. Once logged in, you can change your email address in the My Account screen in the top-left.
When I try to login, a message says "Incorrect Password"
This means the email address is correct, but the password does not match. Click "Forgot Your Password?" and click the link in the email to create your password again. Please do not allow your browser to auto-fill your information in this case, and type your email address and password manually.
I forgot my password.
Click on 'Forgot Password' on the home screen. An email will be sent out to add a new password of your choice. Remember passwords are case sensitive.
I need to change my name, password / email address.
After logging in, click the "My Account" link in the upper-right-hand corner, then click the "edit email" or "edit password" links.
I am not receiving my email notifications.
Once you sign up for the e-Edition, you are automatically added to receive email notifications. First, check your junk/spam folder. If you are no longer receiving notifications, you can click the "help" button in the digital publication interface, and sign up through the 'Email Notification' menu by clicking ENOTIFY and registering your email.
How do I cancel my subscription? I never signed up for the e-Edition or longer in need of viewing it online.

How do I see past editions?
You have 2 options to view past editions. The first option is clicking on the calendar icon in the upper right-hand corner. The second option is to use the Archives icon, which will allow you to download the paper in a PDF format. If you use the Archives option, it can take up to a week for the current edition to become available.
Can I view the e-Edition on my mobile device?
Our product is designed to work on mobile devices (phones & tablets). Login as you would on your desktop computer.
I would like to place an advertisement in the paper.
